Cinnamon Apple Pecan Pudding

Ingredients You Need to Make Cinnamon Apple Pecan Pudding

  • 8 ounces of cinnamon rolls, cut into cubes.
  • ¾ cup chopped or sliced pecans (your preference)
  • 2 cups apples, sliced and peeled
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ½ cups milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • Maple Syrup

How to Make Cinnamon Apple Pecan Pudding

  1. Pre heat the oven to about 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Use butter to coat a 9-inch cake pan, or you can also use  nonstick spray.
  3. Put the bread cubes/ cinnamon rolls in the pan
  4. Toss in the pecans
  5. Next add the apples, tossing it to make sure everything is mixed well.
  6. In another bowl, blend the eggs and milk.
  7. Then add in the sugar to the egg and milk mixture.
  8. Add in the vanilla to the egg and milk mixture
  9. Add the egg mixture over the bread by pouring it into the pan.
  10. Then, let stand for about 20 minutes to allow the bread to absorb the egg mixture.
  11. Bake in a 350°F oven for about 48 minutes. You will know it is done when it is golden brown.
  12. Cut into squares to serve.
  13. Serve with warm maple syrup (and ice cream and/or whipped topping!)
  14. Enjoy with friends, family, and/or dinner guests.
