The Food Press was founded by International Culinary Center graduate Miok Herman and her husband Larry.
Miok is two time graduate of the International Culinary Center formerly the French Culinary Institute. Graduating on the Dean’s List with a Grand Diploma in Professional Culinary Arts and later in Professional Pastry Arts. Afterwards she worked as a cook at the Michelin Star Restaurant Bouley.
Larry is really just an Internet exec with a serious dining habit, fortunate enough to be married to Miok.
Miok and Larry, have a mission of making The Food Press a place where experienced chefs, popular critics and food enthusiasts and gluttons alike can share their opinions, recipes and tips with their readers.
The Food Press aims to keep you up-to-date on culinary news from around the world, as well as provide a little guidance when it comes to finding the best cooking equipment or must-try eatery.
